It is 3am in the morning and i am suffering from severe insomnia.maybe i shouldnt have gone running at 9(heard that exercise increases one's metabolic rate-exercise 3 hours before you go to bed people!),drunk tea after dinner(pu-er,rickshaw brand) and eaten dinner at 6 ( i am damn hungry now,just drank a glass of milk).





well, so i am considering doing something productive,such as blogging.riiiiiiigggghhhhtttt





As such, i shall discuss various ways,as suggested on the internet, on how to make poor insomnia sufferers like i fall into the land of nodnod.





















1.Acupuncture

seems like a relatively painful method,albeit worth a try.i dont feel very sleepy looking at this picture somehow.i have yet to reach that level of sadism :S


2.Biofeedback


Biofeedback, like many other relaxation techniques, is used to treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, migraine headaches, and insomnia. During a session, the patient monitors the physiological responses of his or her body — such as heart rate, blood pressure and muscle tension — on a machine and concentrates on trying to control one or more of these responses.



please hook yourself up to the Sleep Relaxation Machine by inserting electrically conductive copper wires up your nostrils and the waistband of your pants.300volts of electrical energy would then be channeled down the uninsulated wires to aid into lulling.your condition would be monitored by hitting your head repeatedly with a pandybat.If you wake up cursing and swearing,your cognitive functions would show to be working properly,congratulations.However, If you do not respond, i am sad to inform you that you are dead.
