Does anyone know how to lose weight? o.O

nope its not for me,its for my mum...who keep complaining and nagging over my shoulder such that i wonder why she hasnt slimmed down from all the calories expended from talking.i am not tt slim myself ,but i exercise sufficiently to keep myself from becoming obese.


but so,she refuses to go running with me (my pace is too fast ) and attends useless yoga classes,(i also can be yoga instructor lor, i got the crouching tiger hidden dragon pose,which is to hide under the bed and snore).
