dan brown book is <3 even though there are many parallels to da vinci code in the central plot (i.e. slim middle aged damsel in distress,an assassin with a tortured past,minor characters playing surprisingly heavy roles,an eternally unfashionable robert langdon which everyone tries to murder and amazingly manages to escape death multiple times,insights to a previously unexplored matter of science,in da vinci it was antimatter,now it is noetic science.guess it could give the scientific world more exposure to the mass audience as well =))
well i think its worth a read,but not many people may be able to digest it,really super information overload for me.da vinci code was more understandable,lol.like a crash course on mythology and symbology.lucky there are dumb characters present so as to hv an excuse to explain the jargon to us mortal readers.
and anyways my prelims are fked twice over :D failed my bio essay cos as usual i spotted essays wrongly, I ALWAYS KENA THIS. but managed a halfway decent score for structured.i think i expecting straight Bs and a U for math -_- which either way amounts my grades to bullshit.LOL.i dont really feel like coming school except for biology now,since they said all lessons are optional yeah,but neways should probably be coming.
i think i am grasping what is important in life now,and what i should let go.well,since youre probably bored of reading about my boring life by now i shall end here.seriously i cannot stand bloggers who rattle nonsense,which is why i refrain from reading blogs now (shrugs)

i think i ate abt 2 packs of bubble gum today.it is nice lol and i needed something to chew while warding off the fullness from seoul garden yesterday.is a couple of days before bio mcq tt time but we are already celebrating.i guess its kind of a pseudo post exam mood? cant screw up the mcq though -_- i think its the bio students sole ticket to passing decently.
reading the lost symbol by dan brown...the plot is not satisyfing so far.it seems to be a ripoff from the da vinci code...mysterious phone call..robert langdon getting teleported to another country..a secret society...now all we need is the dark-eyed brunnette in distress to complete the package! i applaud the author again for the richness in content though.really inspires people to be a historian even though i know it will be boring shit if i even do take the whole course. i think the only job that left for that is to be a permanent recluse for the rest of your life.
i was so procrastinating that i even to skim through sg idol in youtube.seriously,singaporeans need to get their ears dug,how can they vote a total dickhead who cant sing but looks moderately appealing.or maybe their family is just rich?
i think the show should just be scrapped la.look at sylvester sim,used to be chased by hoardes of screaming fans and now he is back to singing at pubs..taufik batisah is.....and hady mirza is helping out in the current idol,probably jus an excuse to keep him on screen( the tee shirts he wears are cool though! :D).hmm.the real talent out there probably dont want to be associated with such trash.even kelly clarkson is kinda flopping now.wonder where the reality show streak will end...>

decided to put this into a seperate post to better organisation
arrh.since this is the last nyjc-based test i have decided to put in more effort than usual lol.even though after mugging i will still on the computer and start to play and procrastinate,(hence the fb-ing on a frequent basis). i am so not looking forward to the lessons after prelims.but then,now we just have to take things one step at a time =)
thank you to all my poly friends ,jc fellow sufferers, temasek holdings (the card was really sweet,i thought they had forgotten us!) and CO seniors (unexpected! ^^)who are jiayou-ing us behind our backs.
this is a year full of tears,raised hopes and expectations,crushing disappointment and forming of unexpected friendships for me.i get to see people for who they really are and sometimes it can prove disappointing and at other times pleasant surprises may also happen.=)

Math:paper1=Epic oso! stupid easiest part of the question was the last part which i had no time to do lah!! BITCHY BITCHY BITCHY BITCHY BITCHY BITCHY BITCHY :((( it can onli be adrian matthias.sobs.i dun dare to make any claims about my grades we shall let the results do the talking shall we :D but overall it was a bitchy and pretty hard paper though totally not GG.but that is what makes life fun isnt it hahah. paper 2-omg of all times to rly screw it up.it has to be now.maths is a definite U and i can kiss goodbye to any notions of honour roll.haiz.and i am not even remotely kidding this time,not like mid years.it is a disppointment cos its the last ny based exam and i studied damn hard for math,bt then for sometthing like this to happen i can only blame myself.i dont know what i was thinking that day seriously.i wish this had happened for mid years or even promos instead,bt well i guess i have to count myself lucky it isnt A levels..i dont know.sorry to all the people i have troubled on that day.
BIOLOGY:
p2-AS USUAL,both essays dunno how to do LOL just like during promos.damn, just remembered bits and pieces of what i can and spammed it in finished most of structured though tot it was pretty ok if gary isnt too anal with the mark scheme.which yeah,he always is.-_-as it was after lit exam (read next part) my hand was cramping from the start of the paper,gladfully i can still type as of now :) p3-it was pretty okay this time i managed to nail down most of the things and i actually could do the essay.i though baldo would come up with some crazy ass questions this time,well,since it is the last time he can whack us with a paper 3,but it was surprisingly doable.
LIT:half way my hand just cramped very painfully,wrote slightly less than usual but still managed to maintain min. 10pgs per 3hours.my spamming power has decreased,sianz.i was thinking of biology later i was giving the sian face while writing.this time i have chosen to give up lit for bio and im wondering if i made the right choice.since lit is as one litmate said,sensical nonsense and constructive bullshit. paper 2 was quite disastrous as in the questions tested on stuff tt i nvr even considered in my past life, please lah.it didnt help that the lit cohort was bitchy and talking and usual lols :X hopefully my smoking can get me through this time.i was hungry like 1 hour into the paper,i shouldnt have eaten my lunch so early -__________-
CHEM: ok lah, i think most hope of getting an A out of all the subjects...made stupid careless mistakes as usual,but i think if i screw up another chem paper i will puke -_-

AMNITHABITHABA (i forgot what the original prayer was,sorry) may the higher powers be with you!* chants* :) a friend said we shouldnt be encouraging people and wishing them goodluck,we should be CURSING them so we can score better when the marks are moderated eventually:P.i dun really agree with, i just hope that the people tt i care about can score well lor.the rest is up to their own effort.but well,jiayous anyway,drink so much oil that you will all grow fat and i will look slim in comparison.hehehe.

<3<3<3 EAT SOME WHEN YOU FEEL DEPRESSED.IT HELPS XD My reflection about the papers thus far[will be constantly edited] Chem:paper 3 was epic! no time do LOL managed to finish anyway with one minute to spare and spent the last minute panicking and rearranging btwn my spare paper and my crumpled paper,which was an utter waste of time.then i went with my friends to walk one whole big round to serangoon mrt when i could have just taken the circle line from lorong chuan mrt.sigh the things i do to entertain my friends.ohk fine i oso needed the entertainment.AFTER EXAM MUST GOSSIP ABOUT THE PAPER!!!! xD
RANDOM: a lot of people birthday in september ahh!jlau,ryan,steffie,alvina,jtan,michelle etc.o.O tried to wish all of them a happy birthday in facebook,sorry if i missed out any of you guys! :) HAPPIE HAPPIE WURFDAY!!!! sorry your birthday had to happen in the midst of these trying times but do put in the effort and jiayous okays.
biology and lit on the same day,can die ahhh!!!! i am so not looking forward to the one and a half days of solid mugging i am glad that there is a weekend to slack after that and afterwards resume mugging some more...LOL.
well lets just remember this will be over in a few months...in a few months..in a few months and we shall all be free of the jc system and ready to plunge into the grueling uni one.life is just a nver ending vicious cycle,enjoy the ride while it lasts :)

i think i will be missing anime fest asia 2009.too much time.and also the scholarship saf tea session,who wants to go for that when we cant even get the results to qualify.
just fking disillusioned for now.it is 12.59am according to my clock and i jus cant sleep or i jus dont want to sleep ,cant tell the difference.
i like looking at pretty photos,but i just dont like to take them.i mean, all the equipment and all the cost and all...much better to jus shirk the responsibility and push it to the pros,no?
