Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief
FANTASTIC MOVIE BETTER THAN HARRY POTTER IN MY OPINION.WORTH THE HYPE!
finally a decent story based on norse mythology( which is overused btw there is another upcoming movie based on it -.-)
bears some similarities to potter though...the clueless average kid protagonist who has always felt he was "different" and shocking exposure to another whole new world..the goofy best friend..the talented and hardworking girl...the adventurous trio who decide to embark upon their own quest with a somewhat.but if there was a book i would love to read it!
the digital effects were really great and impactful.the 3D creatures were WOW MESMERIZING *_* espc the dragons and medusa turning people into stone.( reminds me of a certain sec sch teacher? hehe)
love the hair! :D the lipstick is just so not flattering though.perhaps a little coral would be nice.
Valentine's Day
silly heartwarming movie..cliched and with a happy /ending..got gay elements so people who are not comfy with that can avoid it hehe.gay is love anyway.the story seems abit too fabricated to be true even though there are alot of big names in it.percy jackson pwns.
going to watch Alice in Wonderland when it comes out! anyone want to watch with me?
woke up EARLY MAXXX for SYC( sunburst youth camp) gathering today.abit disappointed at the turnout but enough to keep the syc spirit going! :) so happy to see my angel huda again.blog about it another day!
